In a bid to revitalize Panama City while prioritizing community welfare, our incumbent mayor, Doc Rohan a retired physician, is dedicated to utilizing FEMA funds responsibly to promote affordable and sustainable growth that benefits all residents.

Candidate for Panama City Mayor

I grew up in Miami and was educated at the University of Florida. I dlscovered Panama City while serving as a General Medical Officer at TAFB. I have 5 children and 12 grand children who all live in Panama City. I have been married 54 years to Thelma. I attend St. Dominic and St. John Catholic Church. After 41 years of medical practice I retired and I am now trying to make Panama City an affordable place to live, work and play.

Strengthen our local economy by encouraging growth in all of the wards in our city.

I want to utilize FEMA funds and federal grants to create a more sustainable city to lower taxes for our citizens.
